Copper Bonded Steel Earth Rods are used for deep driving of earth electrode system. The earth rods are made by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure copper onto a high tensile low carbon steel. The threads are formed by roll threading process to give extra strength.
We offer up to 250 micron copper coating on our earth rods. The copper thickness is uniform throughout the rods including the thread. |

Couplers
Couplers are made of copper alloys and are designed to provide high strength to copper steel earth rod assembly.
The couplers ensure the rods are held together while power hammering. Also it protects the thread while ensuring contact between earth rods. |

Driving Head
Driving Heads are made of high tensile steel. The driving head screws into the coupler and protects the earth rod from damage during power hammering. |
